A great place to grow in the heart of Columbia, this community offers 120 Townhomes and Garden Apartments (all smoke-free). The one, two, three, and four bedroom townhomes within walking distance of downtown Columbia. Small pets are allowed.
Rent is based on 30% of the household’s income (Employment or Social Security). To get a rough idea of your rent, add up your income – not including food stamps – multiply by 0.30 (30%) and divide the total by 12 months. You will need to pay gas and electric costs, even if you are not employed. CHA pays for water, sewer and trash. Deposit is due in full before move in once notification of an available unit.
