Senior Independent Living Program (SILP)

The SILP program is designed to meet you where you are. We aim to help seniors age in place and maximize independence through care management, resources, and referrals.

*Services You Might Be Eligible For: Home Modification, Transportation, Health & Wellness Classes, Farmers’ Market Vouchers, Durable Medical Equipment, Home Delivered Meals, Pet Care, Friendly Visitors Legal Services, & Volunteer Opportunities.

*Eligibility Requirements: Live in wards 1 or 3 in the City of Columbia, and Age 60 & above.
