Health Insurance Open Enrollment: All Marketplace health insurance coverage ends on December 31. You need to re-enroll in a health plan every year so your coverage starts again on January 1.
Make an appointment for free, one-on-one help in one of two ways: If you live in Mid-Missouri: Call a Central Missouri Community Action Healthcare Advocate at (573) 777-5208 or visit their website. Throughout Missouri: Go to CoverMissouri.org & click “Find Local Help” or 1-800-466-3213.
You will need the following for your appointment:
Marketplace account username & password (if you already have an account)
Social Security card or immigration document
Proof of income such as W-2 form, 1099 form, or pay stub
List of your current doctors & medicines
You may be able to get financial help to pay for your health insurance if you meet all of these requirements:
You can’t get affordable health insurance
You don’t have Medicaid or Medicare
Your household income is at or above the amounts in the chart below. If less, you may qualify for Medicaid & can apply anytime of the year.

For households with more than eight people, add $6,277 per additional person. Always check with the appropriate managing agency to ensure the most accurate guidelines.
