My Key is a new and easy way to sign up for City of Columbia Programs. You can see which programs you can use, and you only need to show your paperwork once a year. You may qualify for programs through Public Health and Human Services (PHHS) that can help you take charge of your health, home and well-being like help with utility bills, medicine, Parks and Recreation scholarships or Go COMO paratransit rides.
